Barbara March, CEO
My Corporate Ally was founded by Barbara March. Barb had an extensive successful career in the Financial Services industry, holding many C-Suite executive positions. In 2010, she started BridgePoint Group and grew it into a global strategic advisory business for large financial institutions delivering institutional and retail retirement services. The team of 40 industry professionals completed approximately 250 engagements for over 50 major insurance companies, banks and asset management firms. She continuously interfaced with Boards of Directors to provide objective advice and input into key strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, growth, scale, changes in operating models, new product introductions, technology investments up to $1B. BridgePoint Group competed successfully with top-tier consulting firms. BridgePoint Group was sold to Tata Consultancy Services in 2018, and Barb served as Head of U.S. Retirement Business for TCS.
After departing from TCS, firms continued to seek out Barb for her wealth of industry expertise. She formed My Corporate Ally to meet the needs of the financial services and healthcare industries in a new era, focusing on executive-to-executive strategic consulting provided by an unparalleled team with senior executive experience.
Kim Ryan, Managing Consultant
Kim has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry with Fortune 100 & 500 companies. She is a proven strategic leader with deep expertise leading large-scale, critical initiatives. Kim is recognized for establishing strategic direction, building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams and connecting with stakeholders to drive tactical execution. Her leadership experience spans the full spectrum of corporate initiatives including strategy, annual business planning, offer and product development, client experience and engagement and support models. She has held senior level positions at TIAA, Charles Schwab, and Morgan Stanley.
As a strong advocate for women’s leadership, Kim served as national leader for a Women’s Employee Resource Group covering 3,000 women through 12 local and remote chapters. She developed national programming and events to empower and engage women leaders. Kim was nominated for the 2018 Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business awards.
Linda McDougald, COO
Linda is a CPA with over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. She has held leadership positions in numerous projects including the implementation of a captive broker-dealer, clean-up of historical process failures, existing process and control risk evaluation, new process design, and the installation and upgrades of SunGard’s OMNIPayments and OMNICash products. She has consulted with providers to strengthen their internal control environment and transition them to open architecture. She has held senior management positions with BridgePoint Group, Merrill Lynch, Invesco, and Bank of America. Her skills include financial operational controls, risk management, business intelligence, business support, and project management.
Amy Lassen, Director of Talent Acquisition
Amy has over 25 years’ experience with global Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and management consulting industries. As the Director of Talent Acquisition, Amy directs the recruitment strategies of MCA’s programs and recruiting initiatives, and offers consultative support to executive management for their senior-level positions. Prior to joining MCA, Amy held several positions with global specialized staffing and consulting firms, each with increasing responsibility, including her most recent role as Managing Partner where she focused on business development, building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and recruiting active and passive candidates. Her key areas of expertise include client relationship management, building high-performing teams, and aligning exceptional talent with world-class organizations.
