The absence of a high-performing product function often results in capital investment that is not realized due to poor product adoption and failure to meet profitability and margin targets.

MCA’s Product Strategy and Management development program built on the core principle that the Product function is foundational and critical to the overall success of the organization.

  • As a retirement executive, you understand the critical importance of crafting a strategic business case that ensures optimal resource alignment, engages the right technology resources, and accurately forecasts the necessary budget and timeline for successful implementation.

MCA has designed a specialized executive-level course to share industry best practices on how to carefully craft a well-designed business case that produces successful outcomes.

In highly matrixed organizations, the most critical business case objectives often do not receive the thoughtful consideration needed to be prioritized and receive funding. Workstreams are frequently completed in isolated silos, and departments struggle to align fully with overarching objectives.

As industry experts, we have helped dozens of clients overcome these obstacles, assisting them in crafting business cases that achieve meaningful and, most importantly, implementable results.

Attendees of Building a Compelling Business Case will participate in an interactive session where we share real-world examples and case studies that reinforce MCA’s approach to crafting an effective business case.

Our goal is to adequately prepare you for actual everyday application of the concepts covered in this course.
