With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Barb has extensive expertise leading global and domestic mutual fund, asset management and insurance companies, as well as global technology outsourcing firms. Barb's previous experience includes senior roles at TATA Consultancy Services, BridgePoint Group, Fidelity Investments, ING, Invesco Retirement, Putnam Investments, and T. Rowe Price. She has served as a strategic advisor to major financial institutions on growth and scale initiatives as well as acquisitions and mergers to increase profitability and market share. She is a highly sought-after subject matter expert, speaker and thought leadership contributor on topics related to retirement, financial services transformation and bringing strategic vision successfully to fruition. 

Kim Ryan
Chief Client Officer

Kim has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry with Fortune 100 and 500 companies. She has held senior level positions at TIAA, Charles Schwab, and Morgan Stanley. She is a proven strategic leader with deep expertise leading large-scale, critical initiatives. Kim is recognized for establishing strategic direction, building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams and connecting with stakeholders to drive tactical execution. Her leadership experience spans the full spectrum of corporate initiatives including strategy, annual business planning, offer and product development, client experience and engagement and support models. 

Linda McDougald

Linda is a CPA with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has held leadership positions in numerous projects including the implementation of a captive broker-dealer, clean-up of historical process failures, existing process and control risk evaluation, new process design, and the installation and upgrades of SunGard’s OMNIPayments and OMNICash products. She has consulted with providers to strengthen their internal control environment and transition them to open architecture. She has held senior management positions with BridgePoint Group, Merrill Lynch, Invesco, and Bank of America. Her skills include financial operational controls, risk management, business intelligence, business support, and project management.

Amy Lassen
Director of Talent Acquisition

Amy has over 25 years of experience with global Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and management consulting industries. Prior to joining MCA, Amy held several positions with global specialized staffing and consulting firms, each with increasing responsibility, including her most recent role as Managing Partner where she focused on business development, building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and recruiting active and passive candidates. Her key areas of expertise include client relationship management, building high-performing teams, and aligning exceptional talent with world-class organizations.

Kerry Bettenhausen

Kerry has over 25 years of experience in financial services consulting and corporate leadership roles in retirement, asset management, broker/dealer, wealth management, and RIA. She previously held roles at TIAA, American Century Investments, H&R Block Financial Advisors, and Merrill Lynch, and led an independent consulting company for 13 years with domestic and international clients. Kerry excels at strategic marketing, global communications, product management, thought leadership, content marketing, sales strategy, and project management, focusing on client satisfaction, communications excellence, and sales growth.

Sheryl Craun

Sheryl brings over 25 years of experience in financial services and retirement plan administration. She has senior leadership experience with firms such as Vanguard, Fidelity, and TIAA/Nuveen. She has led training and development, call centers, client services and relationship management, technology innovation, HR and global operations for retirement recordkeeping and asset management and has been recognized for her leadership and innovation in driving change and process improvement. She has had significant success in delivering automation solutions through user managed technology (Robotics and AI) to simplify the client experience and increase client engagement and retention.

Lilia Gallagher

Lilia has over 25 years of experience in the retirement services industry. She previously held senior roles at Fidelity Investments, Mercer, and Putnam Investments. Lilia’s expertise includes partnering with diverse operational teams to develop strategic plans for successful client implementation while complying with legal mandates. She focuses on understanding key business issues and problem statements using consultative, analytical, and strategic communication skills in developing solutions, metrics and managing projects to a successful conclusion.

John Huttlin

John has 30 years of experience as a marketing leader at top-tier financial services firms. He has held senior positions at Merrill Lynch, Bankers Trust Company (now part of Deutsche Bank), and OppenheimerFunds, and created the first-ever Content Marketing functions at JP Morgan Asset Management and Wells Fargo. John has led large cross-functional teams to define strategy, design, and develop complex digital properties and programs. His experience includes launching new initiatives, products, and teams in the US and globally. John has deep expertise serving global institutional, high net worth, retirement, and consumer client segments. 

Bill Loveland

Bill has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has held operational leadership roles with the Federal Reserve Bank – Miami Branch – Fiscal Agency, AMVESCAP Retirement, GPC Securities, Inc and Fidelity Investments Workplace Investing. Bill has a track record of leading teams to drive change and client satisfaction through value-added optimization of business processes and alignment of service capabilities with client focused activities. He is a results oriented leader with proven success in the project and program management and the implementation of strategic and regulatory solutions.

Christie Merrick
Administration, Marketing, and Technology

Christie works behind the scenes to enable the success of My Corporate Ally. She has previously held administrative roles at several different corporations, including Siemens and BridgePoint. She excels in polishing presentations, white papers, proposals, and other documents into professional, customer-ready materials. She also manages WordPress websites, executes marketing campaigns, and oversees the technology needs of our consultants. Christie enjoys learning and deploying new technologies and is a PowerPoint expert. Her skills include project management, proofreading and editing, website creation and maintenance, and MS 365 applications.

Megan Morgan

Megan has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has held leadership positions at TIAA and Ascensus, focusing on product strategy, product lifecycle management, offer management and market segmentation. She is recognized for aligning products to meet client needs in support of organizational goals. In addition, Megan is highly skilled in leading large, complex, cross-functional teams by building effective relationships within an organization. She also has a proven track record in business process re-engineering and change management.

Susie Reyes

Susie has over 25 years of cross-functional experience in Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, program management, project leadership and change management. She has held management, Director level and VP positions at General Electric, JPMorgan and Raymond James Financial. Susie has consulted with clients to streamline processes and deliver cost reduction strategies across Operations and Technology teams. She has developed the framework for multiple Quality programs for several teams and organizations. Susie has a proven ability to develop strategic solutions to complex business problems. Her key areas of expertise include team building and relationship development while overseeing both small- and large-scale process improvement initiatives.

Gordon Snider

Gordon has over 35 years of global financial services experience and is a proven strategic leader with deep expertise leading large-scale initiatives and operations. He has held management and director-level positions for Infosys, T. Rowe Price, Aon Consulting, Invesco, Merrill Lynch, the Hartford, and SunGard Consulting. Gordon has exemplary knowledge of retirement administration and the ability to analyze, simplify, and communicate complex solutions. His skills include product and solution design, project management, business intelligence, sales support, vendor management, offshore delivery, book migrations, and process reengineering.

Crystal Wyland

Crystal has held senior leadership positions with Transamerica Life Insurance Company and TATA Consultancy Services. She is an accomplished senior operations leader with a history of management versatility, adept at adding enhanced value and producing results. Recognized as a change agent, Crystal quickly identifies opportunities and successfully implements impactful solutions.
