She has broad experience with significant cross-functional strategic marketing and product development efforts for Fortune 500 financial services companies. Kerry has led strategic initiatives, including launching a Registered Investment Advisory and creating a new content and thought leadership platform for a leading asset management firm. She previously held senior roles in TIAA, American Century Investments, H&R Block Financial Advisors, and Merrill Lynch, and led an independent consulting company for 13 years with domestic and international clients.

Leadership experience spans strategic marketing, global communications, product management, thought leadership, content marketing, sales strategy, and project management, focusing on client satisfaction, communications excellence, and sales growth. Kerry previously held FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses.

Sheryl Craun

Sheryl has over 25 years of experience in Financial Services and Retirement Plan Administration.  As a VP of Investor Services to Senior Managing Director of Global Operations, she has led training and development, call centers, client services and relationship management, technology innovation, HR and global operations for retirement recordkeeping and asset management. Sheryl has been recognized for her leadership and innovation in driving change and process improvement. Her experience at firms such as Vanguard, Fidelity, and TIAA/Nuveen have strengthened her breadth of industry knowledge. Sheryl has a Masters in Organizational Leadership and is a certified Executive and Life/Health Coach. 

Sheryl has been a past Chair of the SPARK Institute Senior Advisory Committee and a member of the NASD BTRAC Committee. Sheryl has a passion for innovation and has addressed the challenges in the diverse, ever-changing Public, Private Securities Investment world as well as Global Retirement. She has had Significant success in delivering automation solutions through user managed technology (Robotics and AI) to simplify the client experience and increase client engagement and retention.

Lilia Gallagher

Lilia has over 25 years of experience in the retirement services industry. Her extensive experience includes leading teams responsible for implementing large technical scale solutions, operational efficiencies and client transitions. She has led large cross-functional teams of subject matter experts supporting Incident Management, Product rollouts, Change Management and Business Readiness. She previously held senior roles at Fidelity Investments, Mercer, and Putnam Investments.

Lilia’s expertise includes partnering with diverse operational teams to develop strategic plans for successful client implementation while complying with legal mandates. She focuses on understanding key business issues and problem statements using consultative, analytical, and strategic communication skills in developing solutions, metrics and managing projects to a successful conclusion.

John has 30 years of experience as a marketing leader at top-tier financial services firms. He specializes in developing complex marketing strategies and content programs to drive brand credibility and enhance the digital client experience. John held senior positions at Merrill Lynch, Bankers Trust Company (now part of Deutsche Bank), and OppenheimerFunds, and created the first-ever Content Marketing functions at JP Morgan Asset Management and Wells Fargo.   

John has led large cross-functional teams of internal and external subject matter experts to define strategy, design, and develop complex digital properties and programs. His experience includes launching new initiatives, products, and teams in the US and globally. John has deep expertise serving global institutional, high net worth, retirement, and consumer client segments.

Director of Talent Acquisition

Amy has over 25 years’ experience with global Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and management consulting industries. As the Director of Talent Acquisition, Amy directs the recruitment strategies of MCA’s programs and recruiting initiatives, and offers consultative support to executive management for their senior-level positions. Prior to joining MCA, Amy held several positions with global specialized staffing and consulting firms, each with increasing responsibility, including her most recent role as Managing Partner where she focused on business development, building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and recruiting active and passive candidates.

Her key areas of expertise include client relationship management, building high-performing teams, and aligning exceptional talent with world-class organizations.

She has held management, Director level and VP positions at General Electric, JPMorgan and Raymond James Financial. She has developed the framework for multiple Quality programs for several teams and organizations.

With over 35 years’ experience in the industry, Barb  has extensive expertise leading global and domestic mutual fund, asset management and insurance companies, as well as global technology outsourcing firms. She has served as a strategic advisor to major financial institutions on growth and scale initiatives as well as acquisitions and mergers to increase profitability and market share. She is a highly sought-after subject matter expert, speaker and thought leadership contributor on topics related to retirement, financial services transformation and bringing strategic vision successfully to fruition. 

Prior to My Corporate Ally, Barb built and led TATA Consultancy Services’ US retirement business. As CEO of BridgePoint Group, Barb built and ran a global strategic consulting firm which worked with over 50 financial services industry providers and firms that supply products and services to those providers. Barb served as Executive Vice President for Fidelity Investments Workplace Investing business, as well as Global Executive Operating Officer for Fidelity’s Mutual Fund Transfer Agency. She led a $1B operating organization with 4,400 global full-time employees servicing 14.5M individual customers. Over the prior 20 years, Barb held executive positions at ING’s Wealth Management Division, Invesco Retirement, Putnam Investments, and T. Rowe Price. 

Christie Merrick

Christie works behind the scenes to enable the success of My Corporate Ally. She has previously held administrative roles at several different corporations, including Siemens and BridgePoint. She excels in polishing presentations, white papers, proposals, and other documents into professional, customer-ready materials. She also manages WordPress websites, executes marketing campaigns, and oversees the technology needs of our consultants.

Christie enjoys learning and deploying new technologies and is a PowerPoint expert. Her skills include project management, proofreading and editing, website creation and maintenance, and developing brand standards.

Linda McDougald
COO

Linda is a CPA with over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. She has held leadership positions in numerous projects including the implementation of a captive broker-dealer, clean-up of historical process failures, existing process and control risk evaluation, new process design, and the installation and upgrades of SunGard’s OMNIPayments and OMNICash products. She has consulted with providers to strengthen their internal control environment and transition them to open architecture. She has held senior management positions with BridgePoint Group, Merrill Lynch, Invesco, and Bank of America.

Her skills include financial operational controls, risk management, business intelligence, business support, and project management.

Megan Morgan

Her leadership experience spans the full spectrum of corporate initiatives including strategy, annual business planning, offer and product development, client experience and engagement and support models. She has held senior level positions at TIAA, Charles Schwab, and Morgan Stanley.

Kim is a current Board Member for WE Inspire Promote Network (WIPN) which supports the advancement of women in the Retirement industry. As a strong advocate for women’s leadership, Kim previously served as national leader for a Women’s Employee Resource Group covering 3,000 women through 12 local and remote chapters. She developed national programming and events to empower and engage women leaders. Kim was nominated for the 2018 Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business awards.

Gordon has consulted with industry-leading providers to evaluate their product and platform capability and has led a process modernization program. His skills include product and solution design, project management, business intelligence, sales support, vendor management, offshore delivery, book migrations, and process reengineering.
